NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - FY23 - TYNDALL AFB - AGTS TARGETS

325TH Contracting Squadron intends to solicit a sole source contract with Meggit Defense Systems, Inc. (MDSI) for the TDK-39A and the Visual Augmenter in support of the Aerial Targets program at Tyndall AFB, FL. The AGTS-36 system meets all aerial gunnery training requirements of a modern fighter aircraft. 

The U.S. Government will consider all information submitted in response to this Notice of Intent to Sole Source; however, this is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the U.S. Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the U.S. Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The anticipated award date is unknown.
