Amendment 0002 is issued to:

1. Provide Vendor Questions and Government Responses; See attachment: Amendment 0002_W81K00-22-R-0016_Questions_Responses. No further questions will be entertained.

2. Provide revised Attachment 1: Instructions to Offerors_Evaluation Criteria

3. Provide updated Wage Determination 2015-5253 Revision 19, dated 7/13/2022.

4. Extend the offer due date from 26 July 2022, 2:00 PM CST to 28 July 2022, 2:00 PM CST.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

The Regional Health Contracting Office – Central, Fort Sam Houston (RHCO-C), TX has a requirement to obtain personal services for 73 Full Time Equivalent (FTEs), comprised of 31 FTEs Surgical Technologists (Operating Room-OR), two (2) FTEs Cardiothoracic Surgical Technologists (CT Surg Techs), and 40 FTEs Central Sterile Supply Technicians (Sterilization/Processing/Distribution-SPD) to support Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) at Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, TX.
