THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY
355TH Contracting Squadron is seeking information concerning the availability of small business concern contractors capable of providing the following services:
Description of Services - The contractor shall provide all, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, personnel, labor, supervision, and management to perform Base Telecommunications System Operations and Maintenance Services in support of the 355TH Communications Squadron (355 CS) at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base (DMAFB), AZ.
The contractor shall perform Operation and Maintenance (O&M) to ensure the Base Telecommunications System (BTS) is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The BTS consists of the base telephone system switch, outside plant (OSP) and inside plant (ISP) systems, telephone network, telephone transmission systems, and all associated equipment. The contractor shall operate and maintain all BTS equipment and systems in accordance with (IAW) the Original Equipment Manufacturers’ (OEM) technical manuals and specifications, Department of Defense (DoD) and US Air Force (AF) policy and regulations, applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Period of performance will be for a base period of one (1) year and four (4) one-year option periods, estimated to start October 2024. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a more in depth overview of the required services. Please provide current business size standard (e.g. Large or Small Business) as well as applicable NAICS codes.
Feedback responses from contractors that are interested and capable of completing this requirement can be submitted electronically to Mr. Jeffrey Dreyer at jeffrey.dreyer@us.af.mil and not later than 24 May 2024 at 12:00 PM Pacific Daylight Savings Time (PDT). Be advised the government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to notice. All cost associated with this notice will be solely at the expense of the respondents. Additionally, all submissions become government property and will not be returned. No basis for a claim against the government shall arise as a result from a response to this notice.
