J059--Bath 3 Year Electrical Testing

It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals or quotes and does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. Responses to this Sources Sought must be in writing. The Bath VA Medical Center 76 Veterans Avenue Bath NY 14810 has a requirement for a contractor to provide a 3-year electrical testing of the Electrical Power Distribution System to include: testing and maintenance, Infra-Red Scanning/Thermographic Survey, System Function Test and 4-Hour Power Outage Test for the attached list of equipment. Technicians performing the tests shall possess NETA or equivalent certifications, as well as OSHA 10hr safety training and NFPA 70E training. The NAICS Code is 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors with a Small Business size standard of $16.5 million. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Bath VA Medical Center. This is not a solicitation.
