Description
The 28-ID Coherent High Energy X-ray (CHEX) beamline requires ultra-high vacuum (UHV) transport pipes to deliver monochromatic beam from the 28-ID-A white beam shielded enclosure to the 28-ID-D, F, and G monochromatic beam shielded enclosures. The Statement of Work (SOW) identifies the requirements to fabricate the shielded transport pipes for the 28-ID CHEX beamline as part of the Advanced Photon Source Upgrade Project (APS-U), following processes and procedures in accordance with the released build to print drawings, the SOW, and the purchase order. Requirements include: material procurement, component fabrication, assembly, inspection, packaging, and shipping.
