Golf-Ball Tracking System, Maxwell AFB

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL is announcing its INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE firm-fixed price contract to Top Golf International, Inc., 8750 N Central Expressway, STE 1200, Dallas, Texas 75231 for the purchase of a Toptracer Golf-Ball Tracking and Entertainment System, in accordance with (IAW) the attached Statement of Requirements (SOR).  THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE.  Capability statements received by the response date of this announcement will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses received to this notice is solely at the Government’s discretion.

Brief Description of Requirement: The Golf-Ball Tracking and Entertainment System will allow customer to monitor their shots, trace shots, play games, play virtual courses and compete with other ranges.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339920, Sporting and Athletic Goods Manufacturing and the size standard is 750 EMP.

The contractor must be registered in the DoD System for Award Management (SAM). Register via the SAM website https://www.sam.gov, and also be eligible to process invoices through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Register via the WAWF website https://wawf.eb.mil.

Those capable of meeting the requirement are requested to provide the following information in their response:

1. Current capability that demonstrates your company's ability to meet the SOR attached.
2. Company name, point of contact, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers, type of business and size, Cage Code and DUNS number.

1. This is not a request for quotes and no solicitation is available.
2. Respondents are discouraged from submitting any information deemed competition sensitive  or proprietary.
3. Respondents will not be reimbursed for any costs incurred in responding to this intent to sole source (ISS).  Information submitted will not be returned to the respective respondents.
