Description
Note: Amendment 0001 was issed adding attachment 6. Acknowledgement of amendment is required with quote. See attachments.
Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision, and transportation needed to complete an Animal Holding Facility Upgrade for USDA ARS in Logan, UT. All work shall be done in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions, drawings, statement of work (SOW) and other attachments set forth in the RFQ.
IAW FAR 36.204 the estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
Completion shall be 180 days after issuance of the notice to proceed (NTP)
Dept. of Labor General Decisions #UT20240082 and UT20240105 dated 01/05/2024 is applicable to this contract.
