Description

ONLY U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) National Multiple Award Construction Contract II (NMACC II) Awardees are eligible to compete/respond to this Task Order Announcement under this Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) MATOC.

Design and construct facilities to homeport Offshore Patrol Cutters (OPCs) and Fast Response Cutters (FRCs) at Base Kodiak.  This phase of the project includes design-build improvements at USCG Base Kodiak to provide homeporting for two Offshore Patrol Cutters. Provide all necessary design effort, labor, materials, transportation, equipment, permitting, and other necessary services to complete the project per RFP requirements.

Project specifications and drawings are available via DoD SAFE to firms under the Coast Guard’s NMACC II IDIQ contracts.

UPDATE: Amendment 0001 to the subject Task Order Announcement is issued with information related the site visit and contains a deadline for submitting information to the Coast Guard regarding personnel attending the site visit.

UPDATE: Amendment 0002 to the subject Task Order Announcement is issued with revisions to the drawings, specifications, and the Task Order Announcement.

UPDATE: Amendment 0003 to the subject Task Order Announcement is issued with site visit related documents, PPI responses, and revisions to the TOA.

UPDATE: Amendment 0004 to the subject Task Order Announcement is issued with additional solicitation documents as well as revisions to the TOA, drawings, and specifications.  This amendment also issues additional PPI answers.

UPDATE: Amendment 0005 to the subject Task Order Announcement has been issued. This amendment issues additional solicitation documents, revisions to existing solicitation documents, and additional answers to contractor PPIs.  

UPDATE: Amendment 0006 to the subject Task Order Announcement has been issued.  This amendment issues an extension to the proposal submission deadline as well as an update to the wage determination.
