Please include a signed SF30 for this amendment in your quote package._________________________________________________________________________Original PostingThis is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quotation. Solicitation No. N4008425Q7003 is issued as a request for Quotation (RFQ). The Government anticipates award of one (1) indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with one (1) base year, four (4) one-year options, and an option to extend services up to six months. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Far East (NAVFAC FE), Public Work Department (PWD) Misawa has a requirement for Custodial and Grounds Service in support of Naval Commands Misawa and FLCY Hachinohe, Japan. The contractors shall perform all services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), please see attachments for additional information on how to propose. CONTRACTOR LICENSING REQUIREMENTS: The clause DFARS 252.225-7042 applies to this acquisition. Any contract resulting from this solicitation will be awarded and performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. Offerors must be duly authorized to operate and conduct business in Japan and must fully comply with all laws, decrees, labor standards, and regulations of Japan during the performance of the contract. Offerors will be required to provide verification on required license prior to award of any contract to the contracting officer if such information is not already on file with or available to the contracting officer. Contractors must have a Japanese bank account in order to receive payment via DFAS Japan.
