Description
The requirement is to provide mobile phone services on behalf of U.S. Embassy Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. Services shall include Mobile Telephone Equipment, Calls within Burkina Faso, International Calls, International Roaming, Wireless Application Protocol (WAP), SMS Messaging, Voice Mail, Rental of cell-phones, with or without SIM Cards, 24-hour Customer Service, Detailed Billing of Calls Made, Unlimited Data Services.
