The scope of this requirement is to provide specialized Cyber Security and Information Technology (IT) support for IT resources and users underpinning ONI’s Scientific and Technical Intelligence (S&TI) analysis and production. The contractor shall support programmatic, engineering and data analysis including but not limited to, Information Systems and Information Technology, Cybersecurity and Information Assurance, and Authority to Operate (ATO) support to include developing and reviewing required artifacts, evaluating test results, and submission of all items into eMASS and XACTA.

Capability statements received will be evaluated to determine technical merit. Responses must be submitted in writing via email no later than 10AM PST on 1 September 2023. Telephone responses and requests will not be accepted. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply.
