Description
Requirement is to upgrade the current Navicare/Voalte Nurse Call System in Irwin Army Community Hospital (IACH), FT Riley, in order to maintain OEM standards. This requirement includes the purchase of components (hardware, software, and server upgrades), installation services, and software maintenance.
Hill-Rom, Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for the Navicare/Voalte Nurse Call System. Hill-Rom does not provide training to third party providers nor authorize any third parties to sell the above-mentioned services. Hill-Rom is the only OEM service organization certified to maintain the Navicare/Voalte Nurse Call System and is considered a proprietary service.
