Perimeter Road Restoration and Fence Replacement

You are invited to submit a bid in response to our Invitation for Bid (IFB), W91364-23-B-0003, titled Perimeter Road Restoration and Fence Replacement, Project Number 3923019 at Camp James A. Garfield Joint Military Training Center (CJAG), in Ravenna, Ohio. As a result of this solicitation, the Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the invitation for bids, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price. Offers shall be valid for 90 calendar days in accordance with SF 1442, W91364-23-B-0003 block 13. Offers are due on the date and time specified in block 13. 

This project is for the removal and replacement of existing fence around the perimeter of CJAG.  The project also requires restoration of the perimeter road to provide vehicle access in order to conduct security and perimeter checks with a fence that meets current military standards. The Base Bid is for approximately 29,076 lineal feet of perimeter road restoration and fence replacement. Funding permitting, the following options will be included in the IFB and resulting contract. Option1: Additional 5,350 lineal feet of perimeter road restoration and fence replacement. Option 2: Additional 2,840 lineal feet of perimeter road restoration and fence replacement.

Any explanation desired by an offeror regarding the meaning or interpretation of the solicitation, or proposals, drawings, specifications, etc. must be requested in writing and with sufficient time allowed for a reply to reach bidders before the submission of their bid.
