NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, FL intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or about 31 August 2022 for Flooring Services in support of NAVSUP FLCJ Gulfport, Mississippi. The solicitation will be issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The RFQ will result in the award of a firm-fixed priced contract and will contain a period of performance of 90 days. The Contractor shall provide all skilled personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary for the site preparation, removal of existing carpet flooring, and installation of new tile and 4 in. base for an area of approximately 3,000 sq. ft. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 238330 Flooring Contractors with a small business size standard of $16.5M. The RFQ will be available on or about 31 August 2022 on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) Website at https://www.neco.navy.mil and Contracting Opportunities Website at: https://www.sam.gov. The RFQ will include instructions for the preparation quotes, the PWS, and evaluation criteria. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates.
