Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau), Community Treatment Services Contracting Office; Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance abuse, mental health, sex offender, and medication assisted treatment services in Brooklyn-Manhattan, New York area. The physical location where treatment services must be provided in Brooklyn, New York shall be in an area bounded by Tillary Street on the north, Flatbush Ave on the east, Bergen Street on the south, and Henry Street on the west.

The physical location where treatment services must be provided in Manhattan, New York shall be in an area bounded by 125th Street (Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd) on the north, 1st Avenue on the east, Houston Street on the south, and Hudson Street which changes into 9th Avenue and then Broadway Avenue, on the west. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on June 01, 2023 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods with service ending on May 31, 2028 (if all options are renewed). The following required services may be sub-contracted to other licensed contractors.

The services shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Community Treatment Services most recent Statement of Work dated October 2020. The request for quote will be distributed solely through the General Service Administration https://sam.gov/ website. Hard copies of the request for quote will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including quotation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.

Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit quotations equally with other organizations for contracts in which they are eligible. This requirement is unrestricted. The Bureau anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract. All responsible businesses may submit a quote which will be considered by this agency.
