This RFQ is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to establish a full-service elevator maintenance contract, in compliance with the ANSI/ASME Safety Code requirements AI7.1; AI7.2 and AI2.3, the manufacturer's recommendations, the Elevator Industry Field Employees' Safety Handbook, National Electrical Code, NEIT Vertical Transportation Standards for Elevators, Escalators and Dumbwaiters and all other applicable laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, codes, etc. Location of Services: Ralph H.
