Description

The U.S. Embassy Monrovia, Liberia has a requirement for the replacement of the existing aluminum windows and window bars at one of its residences with new aluminum frames, glasses, and steel bars.

Replacement of all windows include the basement, ground and upper-level floors. All the windows shall maintain the existing dimensions except the kitchen windows on the Ground Level/Floor. The three existing kitchen windows shall be reduced to 44” above the floor to accommodate proper installation of electrical outlets above the kitchen cabinets. The contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, material, labor and supervision required for the professional and successful installation of the windows and completion of tasks. There shall be on flogging of the window, window shall be clear and transparent.
