Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal via e-mail, no later than Friday, 22 September 2023 at 5:00pm EST to the Contract

Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist and or the Contracting Officer will reply to the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission.

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION 

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services", in conjunction with FAR Part 13, "Simplified Acquisition Procedures", as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

The United States Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing a solicitation W56HZV-23-Q-0024, intended to result in the award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order with 100% option for the following requirement:

This requirement is being solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 811198 and the size standard is $10M.

The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Only One Source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). All responsible sources may submit proposals for consideration.

Submission of a quote that does not contain all items requested per FAR 52.212-1, "Instructions to Offerors—Commercial Products and Commercial Services", may result in elimination from consideration for award.

FAR 13.106-2, "Evaluation of quotations or offers", the Government intends to evaluate quotes in response to this quotation and will award one firm-fixed priced contract to the contractor whose quote represents the lowest price.

Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449. All invoicing under this contract will be accomplished via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).

NOTE: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation to maintain a mailing list. The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address to obtain any amendments that may be issued.
