Description

The Naval Foundry and Propeller Center relies heavily on the Five Line’ Powermill V 240HS/5, (Serial # J-1447).  This machine is integral to the machining process of both VA and CLB class rotors.  NFPC intends to purchase various parts for this machine to increase production, mitigate downtime, and ensure machine runs at 70% uptime. Therefore, the contractor shall procure and deliver all parts detailed in Section 3.1 without deviation.  No replacement or like parts are acceptable to ensure Fives-Line’ machine runs without error and at full capacity.
