Description

08/25/2022:  The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to incorporate a Questions and Answers attachment and incorporate a revised Attachment 03 List of AirportsThe Proposal Due Date remains as Thursday, September 8, 2022 at 3:00 PM CT.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a requirement for Airport Mapping Digitization and Data Population.  The FAA contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price Requirements type contract with 1-year base and up to four (4) one-year option periods. The Government intends to make one award from this Solicitation. Award will be made to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror deemed responsible and whose proposal is responsive to the solicitation requirements.

Proposals must be received by the FAA no later than 3:00 P.M. CT, September 8, 2022. Proposals are to be electronically submitted to Stephanie.R.Riddle@faa.gov.


In accordance with SIR Section L provision 3.2.2.3-14 entitled, "LateSubmissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals," any proposals received after the due time and date of 3:00 P.M. CT, September 8, 2022, will not be considered. In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's proposal, the offeror's proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for consideration for contract award.
