Description

Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) - Due November 7, 2022

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

State: Utah

City: Ogden

Delineated Area:

Northern Boundary – W. Pioneer Road

Eastern Boundary – Washington Boulevard

Southern Boundary – 24th Street

Western Boundary – Interstate 15

Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,397

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,500

Space Type: Office and Other

Parking Spaces (Surface): 12

Full Term: 15 Years

Firm Term: 10 Years

Option Term: None

Additional Requirements:

  • Preference is to not be located adjacent to, in close proximity and/or within residential areas, educational facilities, religious facilities, and/or retail facilities
  • Build-out must be completed by 10/15/2023

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
