Description
PURPOSE OF THIS SPECIAL NOTICE This is a Special Notice and is not a request for quote/proposal and no solicitation will be issued. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source.
BACKGROUND/DESCRIPTION: RFP number W912HP23Q0008 is assigned for tracking purposes only. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Charleston, South Carolina, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price award to Firetrol Protection Systems, Inc.
