Description
The contract provides for one, U.S. flag, tanker vessel under a MSC Tanker Time Charter. It allows for worldwide use of vessel to meet current and emergent missions.
The extension secures a continuous period of performance for this mission to provide emergency storage capacity for rapid response in the event of a fuel storage tank failure at Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility (RHBFSF) until the U.S.-flagged vessel under the newly awarded long-term contract delivers to Pearl Harbor, HI.
