NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Preventative Maintenance & Repairs Sterrad Equipment Veterans Health Affairs, Network Contracting Office 5, is issuing this Notice of Intent to Sole Source in order to identify any potential sources that have the resources and capabilities to provide an ongoing full-service Radiology Equipment preventative maintenance and repair program at the Louis A Johnson VA Medical Center, 1 Medical Center Drive, Clarksburg, WV 26301. The government is contemplating a Base +4 option period Firm Fixed Price contract to satisfy this requirement and meet the needs of the Louis A Johnson VA Medical Center. BACKGROUND Contractor shall provide a Full-Service Annual Preventative and Corrective Maintenance Service Agreement for the listed Sterrad equipment located at the VAMC in Clarksburg, WV.
