Texas Army National Guard Requests Catered Boxed Meals for El Paso, Texas

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912L1-24-Q-1087. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-04 dated May 1, 2024, and DFARS Defense Publication Notice Current to DPN20240425.

United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) - Texas intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for Catered Meals/Boxed Meals Services at 11701 Montana Ave, El Paso, Texas 79936 in accordance with Attachment 1 and 2. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 722320 – Caterer. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set Aside.
