AMENDMENT 1: Attachment 5, Site Visit Agenda. This Amendment provides time and location for a Site Visit.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number is FA5613-22-Q-0013A and the solicitation is issued as a request for a quote (RFQ). This acquisition is conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13 procedures.
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number is 2022-06, and is effective 05/26/2022, and Air Force Acquisition Circular AFAC 2022-0502, effective 02 May 2022.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 561720.
The 700 CONS/PKA Flight has a requirement for the cleaning of the U.S. Government Household Appliances at Einsiedlerhof Air Station. The period of performance for the base period will be 01 April 2023 through 30 Sep 2023, with the yearly option to extend performance through 30 Sep 2027. Note: The period of performance for the base year is an estimate and might change, if determined to be necessary. Offerors shall use the solicitation, Attachment 1, which includes all contract line item numbers (CLINs), quantities and units of issue, to fill in all unit prices and total amount blocks.
Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement (PWS), contains the description of the requirement for the cleaning of US Government Household Appliances for Einsiedlerhof Air Station.
Places of performance and acceptance are identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). All offerors must propose FOB (free on board) destination.
Required period of performance:
- Base: 01 APR 2023 – 30 Sep 2023
- Option Year 1: 01 Oct 2023 – 30 Sep 2024
- Option Year 2: 01 Oct 2024 – 30 Sep 2025
- Option Year 3: 01 Oct 2025 – 30 Sep 2026
- Option Year 4: 01 Oct 2026 – 30 Sep 2027
