National Navigation Operation & Management Performance Evaluation System (NNOMPEAS)

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to award a sole source fixed­ price contract to Alluvion Data Solutions to update NNOMPEAS for operation in compliance within the current USACE computerized environment in addition to update of input information for vessel movements and vessel operating costs combined with evaluation of integrating additional inland waterway movements and display enhancements for statistical views requested by analysts or users in the field or USACE District offices. Proposed period of performance is 380 calendar days from date of award. Any firm that believes it can meet this requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within fifteen (15) days of publication of this announcement. Supporting evidence must be in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received by 16 September 2022 at 4:30 p.m. EDT, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will proceed with awarding a fixed price contract to Alluvion Data Solutions.
