QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS TO SOLICITATION 36C25025Q0090: When is quote due? Answer: Quotes are due by email by 12-13-2024 by 3 pm est. Where is the SOW located in the solicitation? Answer: the Performance Work Statement is in Section B.4. In reviewing your solicitation doc, do you have any additional informational documentation as part of your release? Answer: No additional info. To accurately bid your solicitation, do you have production numbers for the facility wrt daily reproduction, # of pieces of mail daily, etc.? Answer: 3500-4000 pieces of mail weekly and 50-70 print requests ranging 10-2500 copies of single page to variety of published materials. Is solicitation 36C25025Q0090 a Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business Set-Aside: Answer: Yes. The solicitation is a SDVOSB set-aside currently. Only verified SDVOSB Contractors can submit a quote currently. Is the NAICS Code of 541519 correct for this solicitation? Answer: Yes. This is currently the correct NAICS Code Is this a Sources Sought or an actual RFP, there seems to be competing language in the RFP document vs what is on SAMS? - Answer: This solicitation is a RFQ (Request for Quote) It looks like there is a PWS for this work, which is not included in the one document on SAMS, is this the case or is everything in the RFP?  I did notice there is no workload data or anything to put a quote together, so wanted to make sure I am not missing anything.
