The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), DLA Maritime Norfolk, Contracting Division, Norfolk Naval
Shipyard, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price, 100% small business set-aside contract to procure
:
LAMP, LED 15 WATT, 120-277, VOLTS MEDIUM SCREW BASE, (E26/E27), A21 BULB STYLE,
COLOR TEMP: 5000K, 1650 LUMENS BEAM SPREAD

To be delivered to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA. In addition, the procurement will be
sourced together. Award will be based on lowest-price, technically acceptable.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the
information in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER
COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation
SHALL be posted on SAM.GOV.

The solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition
Circular 2022-04 and DFARS Change Notice 20211230. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be
familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these

The NAICS code is 335110 and the Small Business Size Standard is 1250 employees. The proposed
contract action is set-aside for small business concerns. The proposed contract action is for commercial
items for which the Government intends to award a Single Award contract with Firm Fixed-price
provisions, under the authority of FAR 13. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to
respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All bids, proposals, or quotations received by the closing
response date may be considered by the Government.
