Description

NSN 6220-14-528-2939, SPE4A624R0086 is for a long term contracting consisting of a one (2 year) base period and one  (3 year ) option period.

In accordance with Bell Boeing Joint project (CAGE 3B1R2) P/N 4377059 and Zodiac Aero Electric (CAGE F0214) P/N 4377059.

 This acquisition is unrestricted. FOB is Origin, Inspection and Acceptance will be at destination.

Production Delivery is 151 days ARO.

Stock shipments will be within the continental U.S.   Estimated annual demand (EAD) quantity for the 2 year base period and the three year option period: 110 ea

GUARANTEED MINIMUM QUANTITY FOR THE BASE PERIOD ONLY: 55 ea
