Veterans Health Affairs, Network Contracting Office 5, is issuing this Notice of Intent to Sole Source in order to identify any potential sources that have the resources and capabilities to provide maintenance service for Data Innovations System. The government is contemplating a Base +4 option periods, Firm Fixed Price contract to provide service and support for the Data Innovations system at the Washington DC VA Medical Center. The agreement includes all software license and support required to run the Data Innovations system at Washington DC VAMC. The agreement shall include any updates and upgrades necessary for the Data Innovations software.
