Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, U.S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, Springfield, Missouri, intends to issue solicitation 15B41423Q00000003 for the requirements of Mixed Bed Deionizer Tanks and Carbon Bed Exchange Tanks for the Dialysis Unit. The anticipated performance period will be a base year with four (4) option years. The base year is estimated to begin on April 1, 2023, and will conclude on March 31, 2024, with the option to extend services an additional four (4) years. The contractor shall adhere to the delivery schedule established in the solicitation.
Deliveries will be made to the U.S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, 1900 West Sunshine Street, Springfield, Missouri, 65807. The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code for this solicitation is 333310. The solicitation is restricted to 100% small business, FOB Destination. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm fixed unit prices. The Government will award to the responsible contractor whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Payments will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). The solicitation will be available on or after January 27, 2023 and will be distributed solely through the General Service Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at https://beta.sam.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.
