Q1. Question: In our plan and objective of providing the Department of Veterans Affairs with an accurate proposal that meets the established requirements, we ask you to please share the most efficient, adequate, and least obstructive way to the mission in which our staff can carry out at least one visit per site in order to obtain firsthand knowledge of the needs. From Eliezer Rivera, PE. Q1 Answer: As part of the scope of this solicitation and contract, Section, 2.1.2, 2.1.2.1, and 2.1.2.2 states the approximate square-footage for each location. Also, the locations may be added, modified, or deleted within the performance of this contract. Any modification, addition, or deletion will be included in the Integrated Pest Management program via supplemental agreement. All facilities at this moment are under contract with pest management in place with not findings or pest infection. The government with not hold site visits for this procurement. Q2. Question, does the Government has a day scheduled to visit the VA facilities? From Edmarie Martinez, PE. Permanent IPM equipment is own by VACHS, so VA is currently responsible for purchasing and repairing this type of equipment. So, my question is, those this change for this new contract? From Alfredo R. Völckers. Q3 Answer: What Mr. Volckers mentions is correct, the Government will continue to purchase and maintain the equipment for all locations.
