This is a Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest (NAVFAC SW) combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. Solicitation No. N6247321Q3426. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ).3. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-02 effective 14 January 2022.4. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside, in accordance with FAR 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside (Nov 2020). The Government will accept only quotes submitted by Small Business Concerns. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a Small Business Concern will not be considered for award. Competitive quotes are being requested under N6247321Q3426. The term of the contract will be for a base period of 12 months and four (4) 12-months option periods for a total duration of five (5) years or 60 months with an additional option period of six (6) months in accordance with FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services, if required, when combined is five (5) years and six (6) months or 66 months. This procurement is to establish an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. In addition, the proposed business arrangement for this acquisition is a single award Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with non-recurring services. Option periods will be utilized to ensure satisfactory contractor performance and validation of government requirements for continuous services. All non-recurring services will be FFP and funded prior via task orders.The non-recurring work portion of the requirement will be FFP and funded on an as-needed basis during the base and option periods and may be purchased via Government Credit Card (via DoD FedMall) or funded by a task order.
