The Veteran s Integrated Service Network 22 is seeking a contractor to provide a Follett Symphony Plus Ice and Water Dispenser or equivalent having the following salient characteristics, adhering to the S02 36C26224Q1164 attachment and provisions. Brand name Information Manufacturer: Follett Nomenclature: SYMPHONY PLUS ICE AND WATER DISPENSER Model Number: 110FB425A-S (Any other information): Equal to product Information: Salient Characteristics: Ice/Water Machine needs to be commercial/hospital grade unit. Ice/Water Machine unit exterior must be stainless steel. Must be no more than 30' in width. The height must no more than 70" in height.  Ice Water/Machine must have a dispenser to have automatic bin level control to start and stop ice. Must produce ice cubes/ nuggets is preferred over cubes and ideal for patient care. The ice storage capacity should be 90lbs and should produce in a 24hr period and produce. roughly about 425lb of ice. Ice Machine unit should continuously make ice which uses less electricity and water. Must have a secure top lip and condenser drain. Ice should be Energy Star certified. Must be hospital grade plug need to be 155v, electrical. Water temp must be between 45-90F. 3.
