Description

The USAF Academy 10th Contracting Squadron is requesting information from potential providers of Glass Cleaning Services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720, Janitorial Services, and the small business size standard is $22 million.

This Sources Sought is issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with FAR Part 10. USAFA, Colorado requires Glass Cleaning Services in support of facility maintenance. The attached Performance Work Statement dated 3 October 2023 provides specific description of the requirement.

The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement; however, the acquisition is expected to result in a Blanket Purchase Agreement. This announcement is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or to award a contract. At this time, USAFA is not seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals.

Interested and qualified sources are requested to submit the following information to this office by electronic mail by: 23 January 2024 at 03:00 PM Mountain Time.

(2) Representation/Certification of small business socio economic status (if applicable).

(3) Examples of prior services provided of a similar nature.

(4) Estimated Pricing and example pricing structure.

(5) Would interested contractors want a site visit?

(6) What is your estimated pricing for this requirement? You will not be held to the price as it’s for the Government market research purposes only.

(7) What are your standard commercial practices for pricing, quality control, terms and conditions relevant to this requirement? Please feel free to provide a copy of your terms and conditions for this type of work.

(8) What comments regarding the proposed Performance Work Statement can you provide to more align this requirement to industry standards?
