L099--J1 Flat Granite Markers

The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Hawaii Art Stone LLC for inscribing Government-furnished (J1) flat granite markers for two cemeteries located in the state of Hawaii: the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific and the Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery. Contractor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to inscribe the Government-furnished blanks, package/label/palletize the inscribed monuments, and deliver the finished product to the Cemetery. Contractor shall have fifteen (15) calendar days following the day an order is sent to the contractor until the monuments are inscribed, packaged, and delivered to the cemetery. Contractor must already be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Award of a firm fixed price contract is anticipated, for period of performance 3/1/2023 - 2/29/2024, with four 1-year options. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can meet these requirements and possesses relevant past experience and expertise may give written notice. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Responses will be considered by the Government, however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
