The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) is soliciting for Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services for (in-house RRC beds) and Home Confinement (HC) services (HC placements) for male and female Federal offenders held under the authority of United States Statutes located Within the following Iowa Counties of Polk, Story, Dallas, Warren, Jasper, Boone, or Marshall excluding the city limits of Des Moines, Iowa.
