This is an amendment to RFQ (M67001-24-24-0012 EEO Support Services).  This is NOT an order.  This document is not legally binding and does not commit the US Government in any way.

Amendment(s) (changes and/or corrections) are as follows:

1. RFQ due/close Date and Time has been changed. New RFQ due/close Date and Time is 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on Monday, 22 Jul 2024. 
2. Answers to the contractor's question are provided via attachment 2 Q&A document.
3. PWS: Section 13 Security Clearance requirement has changed. A security clearance is no longer required for this requirement.
4. PWS: Section 1.7 Travel Requirement verbiage has changed. There is no OCONUS travel required for this requirement.

Quotes are due in accordance with the RFQ.  If your entity is interested in submitting a quotation, please do so before the solicitation close date and time of 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on Monday, 22 Jul 2024. Quotes will not be accepted past the aforementioned date & time specified.  Quotes shall be valid for a minimum of 90 calendar days. 

- No direct exchanges between the technical representative and a prospective Offeror shall be conducted unless it is deemed necessary by the Contracting Officer. Questions shall be submitted via email to: michel.j.leandre.ctr.@usmc.mil

- Recommend Vendors confirm receipt of emailed quotes by contacting the MCIEast Contracting Office Michel J. Leandre Jr. at  michel.j.leandre.ctr.@usmc.mil.

Questions are due in accordance with the RFQ The contractor is responsible for ensuring that QUESTIONS are received in the Contracting Office no later than 12:00 P.M. (EDT) on 3 JUN 2024. Failure of contractor QUESTIONS to be received prior to the hour and date specified may result in rejection of the QUESTIONS. Attachment 2 is Q&A sheet for contractor.

Quotes are due in accordance with the RFQ. The contractors are responsible for ensuring that QUOTES are received in the Contracting Office no later than 12:00 P.M. (EDT) on 2 JUL 2024 as indicated on page one (1) of this solicitation. Failure of contractor’s QUOTE to be received prior to the hour and date specified may result in rejection of the quo  Quotes shall be valid for a minimum 90 calendar days.
