Fort Randall Powerhouse Restroom Rehabilitation

THIS IS NOT A FORMAL SOLICITATION. This  Announcement constitues a PRE-SOLICITATION notice IAW FAR Subpart 5.2.

This PRE-SOLICITATION is for W9128F24B0007.

On or around 24 July 2024, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District intends to issue a solicitation for “Fort Randall Powerhouse Restroom Rehabilitation”. The solicitation will close on or about Tuesday, 24 August 2024 by 2:00 PM CT and Bid Opening will be at 3:00 PM CT. 

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

The goal of this project is to award a contract for the remodel/rehabilitation of the restrooms of the lobby and 1263 Floor Locker Room/Admin Area in the Fort Randall Powerhouse. The proposed project includes replacement of broken plumbing, lighting fixtures, replacement of floor and ceiling tiles, and replacement and alteration of doorways to accommodate ADA standards.

Site Visit:

A Site Visit will be scheduled and additional information regarding the site visit will be provided in the solicitation. Tentative Site Visit will be 10 days after the solicitation is posted on SAM.GOV.

MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION:

The estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.

The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a size standard of $45 Million.
