Description

The Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit, located at 516 E. Nizhoni Blvd, Gallup, New Mexico 87301 and Shiprock Service Unit, located at Hwy 491 N, Shiprock, New Mexico 87420 have an upcoming requirement for blood pressure monitors. The expected delivery date is September 13, 2024.  The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 339113 with a small business size standard of 800 employees. 

The Request for Quotations No. 75H71024Q00142 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by August 8, 2024.  Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the technical capability to meet the specifications, delivery date, and price.  Quotes will be due on or by August 14, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. MDT.  The acquisition is an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise set aside.

In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
