Please make sure your quote is consistent with the 4 Sep Combo. The new soliciation deadline is 16 Sep, as reflected in the Combined Synopsis/Soliciatation - Amendment 1.
Additionally, a site visit is scheduled for 9 September 2024 at building 1910 at 09:30 AM EST located at 1910 Arnold Ave Joint Base Andrews, 20762. To attend, fill out the 316th Unofficial visitor request form in the attachments and email to cory.harris.5@us.af.mil NLT 12:00 PM EST 5 September 2024.

This requirement is for the 1st Helicopter Squadron Camera System upgrade. Contractor is expected to remove the old camera system and install the new system as outline in the PWS. A total of 14 cameras of various type will be installed to replace the outdated system in various coordinated points in and around Buildings 1910 and 1911. The system will be upgraded for compatibility with the new cameras and a base +4 maintenance service will be added to support the new install. This acquistion is a (SDVOSB) Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set aside and only quotes from qualifing sources will be evaluated.
Access to the Non-nuclear (CMD) Equipment Approval memorandum dated 20231208 must be requested in order to access. Please request access in the attachment/link section of the post or contact one of the POCs listed above for document access.
