Description

The contactor shall provide records management and program analyst support to Fulfill General Services Administration (GSA), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of Defense (DoD), and National Archives & Records Administration request to evaluate all USCG programs processes/procedures, information systems, and annual reporting requirements; developing and implementing remediation plans to bring negative, moderate, high-risk program areas into compliance with USCG, DHS, NARA, and Federal records regulations and policies; and creating and managing dashboards for monitoring and reporting implementation status. USCG is also seeking contract support to conduct research to review current and legacy USCG Records Retention Schedules to identify and eliminate redundancies, update retention schedules to incorporate current technologies and business practices, work in conjunction program/system owners and NARA Appraisal Archivist to collect program/mission information required for the contractor to draft new records retention schedules in accordance with NARA policies. Contract support shall also develop web-based training modules and provide personnel for other records and information management program support functions and activities.
