Description
This is a intent to Sole Source. The 306 RQS has requested the purchase of V4-11220 20M Dual cup dive headset to have continuous communications when operating in maritime environments that uses the next-generation tactical radios. The 355th Contracting Squadron intends to Sole Source this requirement. The headset must work in conjunction with the V1-11564 OTTO Multi-Port 20M Dive PTT with the following capabilities:
- Split audio L & R ear for dual channel use
- 20M submersible connectors
- 20M submersible self-contained electronics without aftermarket modification
- 20M compatible PTT
