Amendment 0003 updates the bid schedule and specification sections 00010 and 35 20 23.00 12.

Amendment 0002 provides responses to questions. No additional questions will be answered at this time.

Amendment to open bids on Thursday, August 25, 2022 at 11:00AM (please see attachment for further details).

Description and Magnitude of Work is as follows: The work consists of the removal and satisfactory disposal of all material excavated from the Baptiste Collette Bar Channel, within the limits shown on the contract drawings. No dike construction is required. Handling of pipeline with tracked vehicles is required. (The estimated time of completion is 150 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The solicitation will include 12 drawings and specifications).

The magnitude of construction range for this dredge project is between $10,000,000.00 and $15,000,000.00.

The solicitation will be issued on or about 12 July 2022, and a bid opening date will be established in a future amendment. This is an UNRESTRICTED procurement. NAICS Code: 237990. The Solicitation number W912P822B0048, will issue as an Invitation for Bid (IFB), resulting in the award of a single firm fixed price (FFP) contract.

The Government will not provide written paper copies of the solicitation. Telephone, written, facsimile, or e-mail requests for the solicitation package will not be honored. Potential contractors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any amendments.
