The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Installation Contracting Office, West
Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Digitization Services of the Howitzer yearbook(s) Collection at the United States Military Academy (USMA).

The estimated period of performance is 14 April 2025 – 13 April 2026  

This requirement will be a 100% set aside for Women-Owned Small Business concerns under NAICS code 541990 All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services with a size standard of $19.5 million dollars and FSC/PSC of R612.
- In order to be eligible for award, offerors must be registered as a Women Owned Small Business concern under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov.

- Please verify that both your Entity Unique Identifier, Cage Code are current and valid in
the System for Award Management (SAM).

Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria is stated in the
solicitation and shall govern.
