The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16 (NCO 16), intends to issue solicitation no. 36C25622R0128, for Home Oxygen Services, for multiple VA locations within the VISN 16 geographic area. The following VA VISN 16 locations, their associated outpatient clinics, and their entire patient care catchment areas, will be included in the resultant contract:

2) Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System Biloxi, MS
