Description
Amendment 0001 has been issued to address questions, answers, and changes to the Solicitation/RFP. 1) See attached amendment excel tracker dated 01-17-2024 for a summary of Questions, Answers, and Changes made to the solicitation. 2) See attached updated solicitation document dated 01-17-2024, which reflects the changes made in this amendment. 3) See attached amendment Amendment 0001. ******************************************************************************************************************************************************The Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks, VA Medical Center (hereafter VHSO), its associated Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), and affiliated healthcare clinics require contracted emergency and non-emergency ground ambulance and patient transportation services. The contractor shall provide all vehicles, personnel, management, supplies, equipment, and necessary reporting for the provision of Stretcher Transports, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS), Critical Care Transport (CCT) services. The contactor shall make these ambulance services available to the VA as needed, 24 hours a day, seven days a week (24/7), including weekends and holidays.
