Description

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This RFQ is set aside for a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov. Award will be made to the offeror proposing the combination most advantageous and best value to the Government based upon an integrated assessment of the evaluation factors described below. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and trucks to support grease trap service, jetting sewer service, inspection service and on-call grease trap service in accordance with the specifications of the Statement of Work. Award will be made to the offeror proposing the combination most advantageous and best value to the Government based upon an integrated assessment of the evaluation factors described below. The Evaluation Factors are listed in descending order of importance with Factor 1 (Technical Capability) being most important, Factor 2 (Past Performance) of slightly less importance, and Factor 3 (Price). The Technical and Past Performance factors, when combined, are more important than the Price Factor; however, the Price Factor will contribute substantially to the selection decision. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, is soliciting offers for Grease Trap Services that meet the requirements of the SOW. This will be a base plus four (4) Option Year (OY) contract with an anticipated Period of Performance (PoP) of: Base Year: November 1, 2023 October 31, 2024 OY1: November 1, 2024 October 31, 2025 OY 2: November 1, 2025 October 31, 2026 OY 3: November 1, 2026 October 31, 2027 OY 4: November 1, 2027 October 31, 2028.
