**This amendment publishes answers to contractor RFIs and an updated Attachment 3- Revised Bid Schedule. 

*This amendment updated the TIME of the Site Visit on 11 January 2022. This was the only update.

Project Title: Runway Rubber Removal and Striping at Grissom Air Reserve Base, IN

Project Number: CTGB 22-2001

This acquisition will be a single firm-fixed price contract. This procurement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 237310 with a Small Business size standard of $39,500,000.00.

Work shall be performed during the preferred timeframe of 1 May 2022 - 31 July 2022.

Notice to Offeror: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

1. Enter your CAGE code, Tax Identification Number (TIN), and DUNS number in Block 14, complete Blocks 15-20c, and return with Attachments 3-5.

2. A limited Notice to Proceed shall be issued within twenty one (21) calendar days after award. A second Notice to Proceed shall be issued for the construction phase.

3. The magnitude for this requirement is between $25,000 and $100,000.

4. Site visit for this project will be Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at 1:00PM EST. This will be the only site visit.

5. Requests for Information (RFI) shall be submitted no later than 14 January 2022. 6. Price Proposals shall be valid through 30 September 2022.
